Does anyone know the the names, parameters and/or call sequences (under which circumstances called, before/after which routines) of the following (under UNIX and/or MS-Windows), or where/how this information can be obtained?
- Oracle User Programmatic Interface (UPI) routines
- Oracle Two-Task Common routines
