I have been running NT server 3.5 for a few months. Not a single crash. 2 things I like about NT.

Very reliable.
Very easy to learn.

It took me 30 minutes to install Oracle Workgroup server on my NT machine. I have had 0 experience with Oracle in the past and therefore I haven't gone beyond that yet. But then I haven't had the time to play with it yet.
