As far as I am aware you cannot save the menu style but you can specify which type of menu style you want to use at runtime. This is how we do it

 $ runmenu aplication_name userid/password - m FULLSCREEN

 The different style types are FULLSCREEN, BAR and PULLDOWN.  PULLDOWN is the default.
