Unlikely perhaps but not totally nonexistent. Already two vendors of commercial databases are offering free no-commercial-use versions of their software for use by developers on Linux. They are Jbase and Pick Systems. Also O/S 2 Warp is available free to developers. And Novell UnixWare is available free to developers.

Even a not free version of Oracle would be nice. Then we can avoid SCO Unix.

Others who would find Oracle for Linux useful should speak up.
