Case 5.1 on sun problems

When I run casedict 5.1 on my Sun workstation using xterm, ctrl-k will display keys and functions, but they are incorrect.

1. Where does this key list come from? Is it using a resource file? How can it be changed?
2. Within the popup window showing functions and keys, the arrow keys don't work; the only way to see more records than those displayed is to use the mouse. Is there a way to enable the arrow keys?
3. Is there a way to change the size of the window which displays? The print is tiny.
4. Is there a way to run case 5.1 in character mode so it runs at a reasonable speed?
