Bull ODBC Drivers

I have recently heard that Bull makes ODBC Drivers for Oracle. Does anyone have any experience with these drivers? Are they better than the PageAhead stuff that comes with VB and Access? Is the performance any better? Will they work with Version 6 and 7? Does anyone have a per seat pricing?
