SQL*Net drivers for Windows 3.11 available?

Is SQL*Net V1 for Windows 3.11 available for trivial or no amounts of money?



The scenario: at work I'm getting a demo copy of this wonderful 'it
slices, it dices' DBA package that runs under Windows (I called the
company after the Nth time SQL*DBA for 7.0.16 dumped it's little
entrails, but that's another story). The only problem is that it needs
the aforementioned SQL*Net and I don't really care to shell out mega-$$ to
Oracle for something I might use once or twice (in worst case); I have
much more creative uses for our budget. We run a TCP-IP stack under
Windows 3.11 on a 486 to connect to our Sun box; if there is any more
