Q: How do I get GNU MAKE off 7.1.3 tape????

I am going to install Oracle 7.1.3 on SCO Unix ODT 3.0, but I don't have the development system. The oracle book say that GNU make is included with the package, but it is not listed in the installer, and I don't see an instructions on how to get access ot it. Is it on the tape, or should it have been on a separate floppy. Next big question: How do I get oracle to use GNU MAKE instead of cc?????
