Oracle 7 and the SP2

I have just heard that Oracle is withdrawing Oracle 7 for the IBM SP2. I can only assume this is Oracle 7.1 (parallel everything).
This is not a happy thing for us as we have just purchased an eight node SP2.
Anybody else catch this rumour?
