Here is a three part solution to alleviate your woes:  

1 Form a corporation and hire no foreigners(especially Indians) (If I were you I would also make sure that consuming curry in the cafeteria gets treated as a felony)  

2 Develop a RDBMS that is four times better as ORACLE and charge only   one fourth of what ORACLE charges  

3 Drive ORACLE out of business    

Bingo!
