I don't know much about Forms4.0 and Windows. However, I've read in InfoWorld that sometimes Windows will fail if you have been in it for too long (and doing stuff, of course). It has something to do with "MAXBPS". Basically, it is like an environment variable. Windows consumes one everytime it launches something and doesn't give it back when it is done. Eventually, if you are in it long enough, you'll run out of it and may get the message like "not enough memory" even though you have terabytes of RAM. Try increase that value and see if it helps. I don't know where Windows keeps that value, though. Keep in mind that these stuff uses real memory. I think it is like 2K for every 400.
