HELP: Forms 4.0 memory problem

Hello all:

We have a large complex Forms 4.0 application with many screens. As the users exercise the system, eventually a screen will fail with an F40 error and then a GPF. Oracle support attributes this to the poor memory management of Windows 3.1. We have given the application the maximim amount of real memory available (490K), but eventually the application fails. Has anyone had this problem? And, if so, what did you do to correct the situation (hopefully, short of rewriting the application)? Any insights would be greatly appreciated.
