AIX/SQL*Reportwriter TERM Defs

I hope someone can help me with this. I am trying to use SQL*Reportwriter v1.1 on an IBM RS6000 running AIX 3.2.5. I can't seem to find the right terminal info to map the keys in a useful manner. Has anyone out there created an aixterm entry in their termdef.dat (and the associated key definition file)?

BTW, I'm running Oracle 7.0.15.
