Problem Installing Oracle in 486...

I have a problem installing Oracle 6.0 on 486 machine... I have chosen machine # 2. While loading oracle dbms it gave an error emm386: unrecoverable priviledged operation error#00...
However I loaded all the other programs...
While trying to run oracle....
sqlpme gets loaded, but when I executed oracle6 it gave the same emm386 error
Can anyone please let me know what is wrong....
