Labels disappears in Forms 4.0

Does anyone know why my Oracle Forms looses all the labels on the form after saving.
 Action:

  When i have saved form and closed that. And when I open it again,   there are no labels. It does not happens allways, but anyway   too offen.
  My workstation: 486/66 16Mb RAM, Server Novell 3.11 SFT 486/66   EISA, 64Mb RAM
