SQLnet for TCP/IP should work fine with WinSockets. When you install
SQLnet,
you have the choice of different network-vendors. Select NetManage
Chameleon
there (also a WinSockets implementation) and take care that you
inserted
the entry for Oracle (port 1525) in your services-file if you are
planning to use ODBC. Details are explained in your SQLnet
documentation.
