The parameter for setting the amount of memory PC Oracle uses is:
DYNAMIC_MEMORY=integer
This is placed in the CONFIG.ORA file. "integer" specified the number of kilobytes (K) of extended memory the Oracle products may use. This information is from the Oracle Database for DOS and OS/2 Installation an User's Guide, Version 6.0.
