Data quality diagnostic tools?

We are trying to find tools that can help us diagnose data quality problems (i.e. referential integrity, denormalized inconsistencies, cross-server synchronization, etc.) Does anyone have experience with such tools? We're particularly interested in tools that check for data synchronization across several Oracle instances. Thanks in advance. (post here or mail, whichever you prefer).
