GUI for dial-up users?

Environment: Interactive Unix 3.0

             RDBMS 6.0.36, Forms 3.0
Support: Dial-up users who run ANSI emulation on DOS, Windows, Mac

Question: What option(s) is there to give the dial-up user a GUI (mouse driven interface) to my Forms3.0 application? I can change to SCO/Unixware/Solaris and version 7/Forms 4 if need be also.
