I would like to add:
Bobrowski, _Mastering Oracle7 & Client/Server Computing_, SYBEX, Inc., ISBN 0-7821-1353-2, MSRP US$39.99.

this book is unique in that it pertains to version 7.1; it has very practical coverage of installation, optimization, sql*net configuration, backup, tuning, monitoring, security, pl/sql, and a surprisingly good look at third-party app development tools for O7. The author also happens to have written much of the documentation for Oracle's own reference manuals on O7. Highly recommended IMHO.
