GUI Access to ORACLE via PCs

Hello everyone,
I have an ORACLE database running on UNIX and want to provide PC/GUI access to about 75 users' on a LAN(Novell). All users' have PC/TCP and access to the UNIX Operating system. I have Powermaker and MS Access at my disposal. Can I build a GUI front-end with either of these tools that would allow my users read-only access to the ORACLE database. I 'm REAL new to database programming so type slow.
