Papers and Benchmark...Query

Hi. Thanks for taking a look.......

I have 2 questions: help on either would be great.

1. I'm looking for access, on-line if possible, to the proceedings form this past years 'International Oracle User Week'. I would like to obtain a list of papers presented and possible veiw some.
2. I'm looking for a baseline methodology to perform a benchmark. I need to how to design something to measure the # of sql calls/executes per second.
