Oracle Doc

I just installed V7 release 16 today and the installation asked me for a ORACLE_DOC environment variable. I looked in the installation guide but couldn't find anything regarding the ORACLE_DOC.

After snooping around the installation I found a oradoc and oradocm command in the orainst directory. And it seems like a online documentation tool for oracle. The oradocm environment seems for Motif but when I start this I get the following error mesages on AIX 3.2.4 :
