Yes, they do. Unfortunately it is only dial-up ;-{ ;-{ unless they have instigated something new in the last few months. In any case it is called RTSS (Real Time Support System or some such) and is open to anyone with paid up support (your password is your CSI number). You can register TARs, get details on which release is current and dig out a few tips and tricks.

However, over a 2400 line it is painfully slow, and therefore quite expensive (no 800 number). I didn't find any of the tips and tricks very revealing, and logging TARs and getting release information is faster over the phone, despite having to negotiate the automated answering system (grrr).

I don't have the number to hand, if you need it send me an email and I'll dig it out for you, or you can simply call Oracle and the friendly people there will help you further.
