Put a reference to $ORACLE_HOME/lib/__fstd.o in your link line.

This is required as the Sun SPARCWorks C compiler is used to produce Oracle on this platform. This file is supplied so that you do not need the Sun C compiler installed to relink the code with the Sun linker.
