  I'll follow up here as well... There ain't no such animal as a RALLY database. I'll hazard a guess that you mean you have a RALLY APPLICATION that you want to convert to Oracle SQL. If you REALLY REALLY want to do this, you'll most likely have to do it by hand. The best way to get the "guts" of the RALLY application spelled out for you is to run the RALLY report utility, which generates a listing of all the application's objects, with cross references, data definitions, etc.
