Oracle 7.0.13 seems to run OK on AIX 3.2.4. Note that the installation script will not execute properly until you hack the code to fix a typo (makes you wonder about the product when executables have typos).
Oracle 7.0.14 never came out.
Oracle 7.0.15 has been "recalled". Oracle called me two weeks after I received the tape and said that 7.0.15 should not be installed. Received on Fri Oct 01 1993 - 15:41:14 CET
