Importing data from Binary Files????

To whom it may concern:
WE currently have an online monitoring system which stores data for over 3000 test points at a rate of once a second. Currently we store the data in binary format. Each data point point takes approximately 2 bytes.
We are interested in importing this data to an oracle data. Does the import utility allow you to ready from binary files????
