As has been pointed out before, Oracle neither owns the buildings, nor does it contract the janitorial service.

If these charges are true, then I want to see Service by Medallion fined for this hard enough to make them unprofitable and therefore unable to compete with law abiding companies for contracts. In any case, these offenses seem very minor and hard to prove, in comparison to slavery and child labor violations, which the Worklife Education Resource Center says Service by Medallion engages in every day.

If these charges are not true, I certainly hope neither Oracle nor its landlord ever hires members of this particular union.
