How generate OWRUNFORM30x ??? problems....

I want to generate the "owrunform30x" executable with the $ORACLE_HOME/forms30/lib/sqlforms30.mk file. But .. problems ! there is no entries for Openwindows with my ORACLE version 6.0.33.
WHat can i write in this file for be able to generate the binary ?
