Oracle V7 for RISC Ultrix V4.2c

Hi,
does anyone know whether or when Oracle V7 is/will be available for DEC 5000 RISC machines under Ultrix V4.2c. Our German Oracle representatives keep telling me that it will be available in about a month since august '92. Thanks,
