Seeking opinions on Omnis-7 as a client to Oracle

Omnis-7 is a client GUI package that runs on MAC/Sun/Windows environments
talking to a wide range of databases including Oracle.
I would be very keen to hear peoples opinions on the suitability of Omnis-7
as a replacement for SQL*FORMS.
Specifically I am interested in the performance comparisons but any
advice/pitfalls/workarounds/warnings about Omnis-7 would be welcome.
