SQL*NET version2

Can anyone provide me with a simple guide to getting SQL*NET version2 up and running? (for ORCALE7 on SunOS 4.1.3)

What are the files needed? Some examples would be nice.

I tried running the forms script mentioned in the network/doc/README file, but our forms package isn't set up properly (or our key bindings are not right).

The installation guide wasn't a lot of help and I don't as yet want to purchase the SQL*NET book. We want to trial version2 and see how it runs.

Anyway, as far as I know its still a beta release, y/n ?
