Currently the version 7 imp utility parameter touser does not write into that users default tablespace if it does not have permission on the tablespace specified in the exported files. For example I export user1 tables and I wish to import into user2 who has a different tablespace.
I am running SunOS 4.1.3.
Oracle claims that this will be fixed in release 7.0.13 in mid-June. In the mean time I am left hanging.
If anyone knows a workaround or is also having this problem please email me.
