Core Dump Problem

We are running Oracle ver. 6.0.36 and SQL*Forms 3.0 on an NCR 3445 using V.4. When running Forms, if a message displays as a result of a query or record access such as "No Records Found" or "Access Denied-Record Locked", Forms aborts with the message "segmentation fault - core dumped".

Since there is no Oracle or Forms error message number, I'm assuming the problem is with tuning of Unix. Any ideas?
