Look for a DLL called ora6win.dll in either your Windows main directory or in the QE subdirectory under Excel. If it's not there, try reinstalling Q+E.
Also look in your QE.INI file and see if ORACLE is defined among the server types there - it must be for you to use the ORACLE driver.
