Oracle V6 and Solaris 2.2?

Based on information received from our local Sun rep, we need to find out about the availability of Oracle v6 on a Sun Server 630mp Model 54 (4 Super SPARC cpus). The rep told us that this configuration will require Solaris 2.2. Any information confirming or denying this would be helpful, as well as an expected availability of Oracle Version 6 for this platform and O/S.
