I communicate with one or two Oracle employees in the UK and the email address I use is user_at_uk.oracle.com. I also noticed that they seem to use <firstInitial><familyName> as mail accounts. Thus, if I worked for Oracle UK, my address would be mmcgloughlin_at_uk.oracle.com

Of course I am just speculating about the username - I have just seen some addresses that look this way.
