Problem replacing dk2wutil in converted to 11g from Oracle forms 6i (trying to integrate webutil)

In my environment Oracle fusion middleware Forms/Reports 11g is installed to do a migration of Forms from 6i version.

I compiled webutil.pll library, attached to the form and compiled the form successfully. but during execution, the problem seems to be inside WHEN_NEW_FORMS_INSTANCE trigger when the following command is reached:

:control.path := client_win_API_Environment.Get_Working_Directory  

The error i get is FRM-40734: internal Error: PL/SQL error occurred

I could not get any leads to help me solve this problem which I've been searching for the past week - can anyone please help me out?
