Hi,

The proper method is to delete registry keys such as HOME1, ID1, HOME2, ID2 etc.
that are under oracle folder, since you deleted the oracle folder I am not sure where they may be.

It is worth a try to search for those keys in the registry and delete these keys in pairs.
