OEM Console 10g: no more OEM Server Login ?

Hi all,
lately I have installed OEM 10g Client for the first time on Win2000 and after starting the OEM Console (10.1.0.2.0) I find it does not offer to login to an OEM Server... unlike OEM Console 9i which offers standalone or login to server choice upon startup. How can I use my OEM Console 10g to connect to an OEM 9i Server which is installed in my network ?
