You are using Apache's 1.3.2 core for Oracle's web servicer. (Hence the term "Oracle Web Server Powered by Apache".)

Suggest you head to http://httpd.apache.org and learn how to configure the server. Although fairly straight forward, there are a LOT of variations possible to achieve your goal. I suspect any answer you get from a forum will ultimately be limiting.
