Thanks for being up front and honest about your situation.

Unfortunately, it appears that MCA has not equipped you with the necessary skills for the assignment.

You will need good analysis and design skills to further identify your problem, possible solutions, and the overall functionality that your solution should include.
You will also need a good understanding of the data access methods for all tools and databases involved.

The scope of your request (and the scope of your responsibility) is far beyond the type of help for which this forum is intended, although you may get some pointers on what to research.

For starters, may I suggest that you create a Functional Breakdown of the requirements as you understand them? Use a design tool, or just a simple outline tool (even the outline mode in MS-Word) to organize the requirements in an outline form in increasing levels of detail, until you get all branches of the outline down to a level of detail that corresponds with something you can implement in a software module.
