Regedit? Oh no. I can only wonder what damage you have done. Given that possibility here is my suggestion.

  1. Deinstall Oracle from your system.
  2. Install Discoverer and when it asks for a new home directory keep out of the registry and just give it a home name like DISC_HOME and point it to c:\oracle\discovery as the directory location
  3.
