Yes, thats right...

Forms 9i can be run only from the browser.
There are no client/server or appletviewer executables for Forms
9i.

Copy - Paste from different applications are windows specific.
That is an application copying data from the win app can be inserted
into other apps but not on web runtimes that uses java. They have
their own clipboard.

Forms 6i client - server access windows properties.
