Problem with cpio and Oracle9i Developer Suite Release 2 (9.0.2) for Linux

I have an PC box running RedHat Linux 7.3. I would like install Oracle9i Developer Suite Release 2 (9.0.2) for Linux on it. I think I have file segment "9.0.2iDS_LINUX.cpio (639,267,840 bytes)" downloaded correctly, as it has exact size on my PC when I click on 'Properties'. However, when I type: "cat <download_directory>/9.0.2iDS_LINUX.cpio | cpio -icd", I have error: Premature end of file.

What might be wrong?
