This wizard can only be launched when the application is connected to the [Quoted] Oracle Management Server (OMS). Lauch the application and connect ot the OMS [Quoted] before trying to lauch the wizard again.
[Quoted] I cannot find the OMS anyhwere, any idea how to do what is asked?
