Info wanted: On-line reorg tool

We are running Oracle 8.1.x and SAP. Anyone have any experience with any of these? Any comments? Any suggestions as to what to ask vendors of database reorg tools? We are a 24x7 shop (hospitals) so downtime is VERY hard to get. One of the requirements is a on-line tool.
