Dr. Watson in Report Runtime

Hi all,
sorry, if i ask the obvious, but i've no access to the internet and
so i can not search technet. We just migrated from DB 7.3.?
to 8.1.7 and use Oracle Reports Runtime 6.0.8.13.1. Everything works fine
except for some (very few) clients. After the execution of the report the
Previewer comes up with the results. If one tries to print these results,
Dr. Watson takes over. So far we have 2 groups of clients that have this
problem:
1. use printers of other workgroup members
2. use local printers that are owned by admin.
All other clients have no problem with printing at all.
Is this a known problem? Has anyone some hints? We are really stuck.
Every help will be appreciated.
