Hi All,
I am now taking the Developer Course 6i. But I try to connect to the DB in Form Builder, the following error occurs and I fail to connect to the DB.
ORA-12571: TNS: Packet Writer Fail
I can connect to the DB before and really don't know what has happened. Could anyone here tell me the problem and solve the problem?
